Natural stone is heavy and brittle — which is exactly why we engineered our packing. 3/5-layer reinforced cartons, fumigation-free pallets, 4–6 steel straps per pallet, industrial airbags and multi-point steel-wire locking: one protocol, proven across 220+ containers a year.
Every importer of stone cladding knows the nightmare scenario: the container arrives, the doors open, and the margin you planned on is lying in pieces on the floor.
More than 220 containers shipped every year have refined our packing into a repeatable engineering standard. Every container — without exception — is packed to the same 5-step protocol and documented on video before the doors are sealed.
From the first carton to the last airbag, this is exactly how your order is packed for a transoceanic voyage. All photos below are real shots from our packing line and warehouse.
Every panel is sleeved in 3-layer or 5-layer reinforced export-grade corrugated cartons, sized to the panel format. The cartons guard edges and faces against friction and point pressure inside the crate — the first line of defense against chipped corners.
Cartons are stacked onto thickened fumigation-free plywood pallets — no fumigation certificate headaches at your customs — with solid wood pallets available on request. Dimensions follow the forklift standard and can be customized to your warehouse forklift specification.
Each pallet is locked with 4–6 high-tensile steel straps — our Reinforced Strapped Crating standard. This is what keeps crates rigid through a 26.5-ton heavy-load voyage and hard forklift handling at the destination port, instead of racking apart at the first rough lift.
Once the crates are in, industrial-grade airbags are inflated into every remaining gap. The airbags absorb shock and eliminate cargo shift in heavy seas — the most common hidden cause of “mystery damage” found at the back of containers.
Final stage: steel-wire multi-point locking to the container lashing points, and a step-by-step loading inspection while the container is packed. Every stage is filmed — the finished recording becomes your Loading & Packaging Inspection Video, sent before you pay the balance.
No stock photography — every image below was taken during real container loading at our yard before dispatch from Tianjin Xingang Port.
Freight is the silent margin killer in stone trading. We plan every container around your destination port’s rules and your product mix, so each box carries the maximum profitable payload.
Our ultra-thin 36x10cm mini ledgestone is cut and packed to maximize real square meters loaded per 20GP container — landed freight optimization that directly lowers your freight cost per m², a decisive edge for European distributors.
For global ports without weight restrictions, we load heavy containers at 24–26.5 tons — the Heavy-Load ROI Optimizer strategy. More stone per container means fewer boxes and a lower landed cost per square meter.
All containers ship from Tianjin Xingang Port with supervised loading, sealed under our inspection protocol. Export documents follow standard HS codes: slate 6803.00.90 / quartzite 6802.93.11.
| Container Plan | Loading Strategy | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| 20GP Standard | Reinforced strapped crates + airbag void fill, mixed or single-category loads | First orders, distributors testing new SKUs |
| 20GP Max m² | Ultra-thin 36x10cm ledgestone — maximum coverage area per container | European wholesale, landed freight optimization |
| 24–26.5t Heavy | Heavy-Load ROI Optimizer for non-weight-restricted ports | High-volume buyers minimizing cost per m² |
You are not just buying stone — you are buying proof and usability. Every shipment ships with these three deliverables as standard.
1x loading & packaging inspection video package — proof that the reinforced crates, 4–6 high-tensile straps and container airbag reinforcement were completed before the doors were sealed.
1x pre-shipment visual package: high-resolution photos of the mass-production sampling layout, used for your final confirmation before the balance payment is settled.
1x installation & dieline guide for pre-made corners and seamless panel assembly — so your installation crews can mount the system quickly and correctly on site.
From your first sample request to the container leaving Tianjin Xingang, here is exactly what happens and when.
Samples are produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days. For replacement projects, our lab runs vein-density, cutting-tolerance and backing analysis, plus a 1:1 free counter-sample.
Mass production on ready-stock items ships in 20 business days, dispatched from Tianjin Xingang Port with full loading documentation.
First orders — including private label carton printing plate setup — complete in 25–30 business days. Repeat OEM orders run faster, with no extra setup fees.
Payment Terms: 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment — released only after you have approved the mass-production layout photos and the loading & packaging inspection video.
Straight answers to the questions importers ask us before their first container.
Our standard export packing uses thickened fumigation-free plywood pallets, which do not require a fumigation certificate for customs clearance. If your order specifically needs solid wood crates, we can arrange fumigation treatment with the corresponding documentation.
All crates and pallets are built to standard forklift dimensions, and we can customize crate specifications to your warehouse forklift standard — this is a regular OEM request. Distributors typically unload with a standard counterbalance forklift at their door or yard.
Every container is documented with loading video and photos before sealing, so there is always a record of how the cargo left our yard. If transit damage occurs, send us photos of the affected crates; we cross-check them against the retained loading record and QC file, then agree on a resolution with you — typically replacement value applied to your next shipment.
Yes. Because we manufacture all six categories — stacked stone, thin ledgestone, interlocking Z-panels, loose veneer, flagstone and column kits — we routinely build mixed containers so stone yards and distributors can restock a full range in one 20GP, packed and strapped by product group.
That is exactly what the Reinforced Strapped Crating standard is for: 4–6 high-tensile steel straps per pallet, industrial airbag void fill and steel-wire multi-point locking inside the container. It is the same protocol used on every one of the 220+ containers we ship each year.
Samples are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Ready-stock mass orders ship in 20 business days from Tianjin Xingang Port; first orders take 25–30 business days including private label plate setup. Payment is 30% T/T deposit plus 70% balance before shipment, after you approve the layout photos and loading video.
